What DomainRadar does for your domain

Fake invoices sent in your name, quotes landing in spam, an expired certificate: DomainRadar checks your domain continuously, warns you in time and tells you in plain words what to do.

Any company with its own domain can become a target of sender spoofing – whatever its size.

Use cases

What can go wrong day to day – and how DomainRadar helps

Five situations many SMEs know. For each one you see how it looks in DomainRadar (examples with made-up data).

Someone sends fake invoices in your name

Problem
Fraudsters send emails with your sender address to your customers, for example with “new bank details” for the next invoice. You notice nothing until someone pays the wrong account.
Solution
DomainRadar analyses the DMARC reports of mail providers and shows every sender using your domain. It alerts you to new unknown and spoofed sources.
Benefit
You see abuse early and stop it with p=reject: mail servers that check DMARC then reject the fakes.

A newsletter tool or Microsoft 365 breaks DMARC – your emails land in spam

Problem
A new newsletter tool, the move to Microsoft 365 or a changed DNS setting: suddenly the DKIM signature is missing or SPF no longer matches. Quotes and invoices land in spam, and nobody tells you.
Solution
DomainRadar watches every day how many of your emails pass the check. If the share drops sharply, it reports the drop; the sender overview shows which source no longer passes.
Benefit
You fix the cause after days rather than after weeks of lost enquiries.

Your website certificate expires

Problem
When a TLS certificate expires, browsers show your visitors a warning and mail servers may refuse encrypted connections. It often happens on a weekend.
Solution
DomainRadar checks the certificates of your website, www, mail server and subdomains and warns 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry.
Benefit
You or your IT partner renew in time. That way you spare your customers security warnings.

Your domain or mail server is on a blacklist

Problem
A hacked account sends spam and your address ends up on a blocklist. From then on, other mail servers reject your emails.
Solution
DomainRadar queries the list operators directly every day and alerts you to a listing – with the recommended next step.
Benefit
You react the same day instead of when customers complain about missing emails.

The path to p=reject, step by step

Problem
p=reject is the most effective protection against spoofed senders. But switching too early blocks your own emails – so many companies stay at p=none, and the protection does not work.
Solution
The assistant guides you from p=none via p=quarantine to p=reject. It shows which services are not yet set up correctly and tells you when the next step is safe.
Benefit
Full protection without needlessly risking your own email traffic – clear even without an IT department.

Features

Every feature solves a concrete problem

All checks run directly against the primary source: our own DNS queries, registries and blacklist operators. No third-party services, read-only.

DMARC reports

Problem
You do not know who sends email in your name.
Solution
Reports received on our own infrastructure; senders are matched to services and rated legitimate, unknown or spoofed.
Benefit
Abuse and forgotten services become visible.

Path to p=reject

Problem
Strict protection can block your own emails.
Solution
An assistant guides from none via quarantine to reject and tells you when the next step is safe.
Benefit
More protection, less risk.

SPF, DKIM and DNS

Problem
A wrong DNS record only shows when emails go missing.
Solution
SPF syntax and the 10-lookup limit, DKIM keys, MX, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI are checked regularly and changes reported.
Benefit
Errors are found early.

TLS certificates

Problem
Expired certificates cause warnings and outages.
Solution
Website, www, mail server (STARTTLS) and subdomains: validity, chain, hostname and TLS version, alerts 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry.
Benefit
Fewer surprises at the weekend.

Blacklists and domain status

Problem
A blocklist entry or an inactive domain brings email to a halt.
Solution
Daily queries directly to list operators; for supported endings, expiry and status via RDAP directly from the registry.
Benefit
You react the same day.

Microsoft 365, read-only

Problem
A compromised account or a new forwarding rule often goes unnoticed for a long time.
Solution
DKIM status and sending watch: accounts with unusually high sending, new forwarding and inbox rules. Findings and recommendations only.
Benefit
Early warning without write access to your Microsoft 365.

How it works

Protected in four steps

No expertise required. You or your IT partner do the one technical step – we tell you exactly what to enter.

  1. Get in touch

Write to us. We show you DomainRadar with example data and answer your questions.

  2. Add your domain

You tell us your domains. The first check of DNS and blacklists runs immediately; certificates follow once it is confirmed that the domain is yours.

  3. Set one DNS record

For DMARC reports to reach DomainRadar, one record in your DNS is needed.

  4. Monitor and improve

Alerts, overall grade and monthly report now run automatically, and the assistant guides you to p=reject.
